Rewarding challenge climbing in Drakensberg
This trip to hiking in the mountains, waterfalls and South African history was as solo traveller a great experience. However you need to be fit as a mountain goat otherwise you will not reach the views. Good walking shoes, hat and water bottle are essentials!
It is a long drive however the views on the way is fantastic after leaving the motorway and well on the paths you can´t stop looking and taking photographs.
We enjoyed the 7 days in the middle of Kwazulu Natal
We enjoyed the 7 days in the middle of Kwazulu Natal. We really had a great time. We
recommend this tour. Isimangaliso Wetlands Park - what a beautiful place.
Drakensberg and Mandela Capture Tour - Beautiful
Great experience with a very caring guide in a fantastic and very diverse Kwazulu Natal.
Really worth it!
.
Very good trip and great value for money
Our Guide George was brilliant, always available to and from restaurants etc, showed us all the interesting sights - penguins at Betty’s Bay, Knysna heads, Plettenberg Beach etc. It was a long drive from Cape Town and back again but he was very skilled at negotiating the traffic. The B& B in Knysna was really good
See all of South Africa in just 7 days (or extend for a few extra)
Our guide Timba was excellent in meeting all of our needs and selecting the perfect places to stop. Durban to Cape Town, with stops at wild animal preserves, beach towns, penguin viewing, and bungee jumping captures the best of South Africa. Be sure to spend a couple extra days at Durbin’s North Beach which has a 5-mile long boardwalk, and of course an extra few days at Capetown. If you have time, consider also stopping an extra night at Underberg and booking a day trip up to Lesotho, a small country where time stopped a few hundred years ago. We highly recommend this trip, and especially their guide Timba
